Job Summary
Diagnose and perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, grounds, and building interiors. Handle resident work orders promptly, execute unit make-ready services, and restore properties to market-ready status. Utilize a smartphone for resident calls and emergency responses while managing trash removal, snow removal, and painting duties. Maintain safety and integrity of the property through independent and team-based operations. Requires a state driver's license, working vehicle, and personal hand tools. HVAC certification and EPA license preferred. On-call rotation and full-time hours in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications

- Certified pool operator license (CPO)
- On-time, consistent attendance
