Job Summary
Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of CNC machinery, including checking fluid levels, inspecting tools, and monitoring coolant and hydraulic systems. Conduct regular maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, while troubleshooting minor repairs and maintaining facility lighting. Document all activities, report issues to management, and respond promptly to work orders. Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines. Maintain inventory of tools and supplies while keeping all facility areas clean and safe.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior equipment and facility maintenance experience within an industrial/manufacturing setting
- Mechanical aptitude
- Preventative Maintenance – Knowledge of scheduling and performing routine maintenance
- Troubleshooting – Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction
- Understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
