Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Arcan Capital responsible for preparing market-ready apartments, performing interior and exterior maintenance and repairs (including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC), addressing resident service requests, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance, reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor, coordinating with vendors for landscaping and facility work, maintaining resident privacy, and delivering professional customer service to residents. The role includes on-call availability, working flexible hours (weekends/holidays), and attending in-service trainings to support a high-quality living environment.
