Job Summary
Maintain buildings and grounds through technical/mechanical work, diagnose defects, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage materials and inventories, complete and document service requests, and assist in safety and risk-management efforts, including inspection, cleaning, painting, and general upkeep to meet company standards.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (where applicable)
