Maintenance Technician - Arbolada

Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and amenities by completing resident service requests and preventative maintenance tasks. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and performing necessary repairs. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking supplies, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs. Document all service requests and paperwork accurately to ensure proper tracking. Maintain grounds and common areas through trash removal, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting curbs and signage. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-call requirements.
