Maintenance Technician/Apprentice

Perform general and higher-level maintenance service including plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement. Respond timely to resident work order requests and notify management upon completion or pending needs. Maintain amenity areas such as pools and fountains, conduct required inspections, and participate in preventative maintenance for exterior lighting and filters. Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to occupancy and handle groundskeeping duties including trash removal. Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
