Job Summary
Maintains and repairs interior and exterior components of a multi-family apartment community, completing all service requests within one business day when possible; performs make-ready tasks in vacant units, coordinates housekeeping and flooring repairs with the Community Manager, keeps the maintenance shop organized, and adheres to Fair Housing practices. Requires competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation, with ability to lift up to 100 lbs., bend and reach in tight spaces, and occasionally work overtime or after hours. Emphasizes customer service, professionalism, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with colleagues, customers, and vendors to sustain a high-quality rental experience.
Required Qualifications
- Multifamily Maintenance Experience: 2 years (Required)
- EPA and HVAC Certification (Preferred) – Company paid assistance to achieve certification within first year of employment.
