Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at The Heights Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. Responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, lighting, and apartment turnovers; complete resident work orders; respond to emergencies while on-call; utilize basic hand tools; and maintain a high standard of quality and resident satisfaction. Requires 1+ year in multi-family residential maintenance, HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license with auto-insurance for work use, and willingness to undergo a drug and background check. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and an on-call rotation; compensation range $23-$28/hour plus incentives and a $1000 hiring bonus. Training and development opportunities available, including EPA and CAM-T® certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
- HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van for work use
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position
