Job Summary
Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction while implementing preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan. Conduct regular inspections of common areas and units to identify maintenance needs, maintaining accurate records of all activities, repairs, and equipment servicing. Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate after-hours on-call rotation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, EPA standards, and community policies. Communicate effectively with residents, management, and vendors to resolve maintenance concerns. Requires EPA Certification, CPO, valid driver's license, and proven experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance.
