Job Summary
Maintain and repair buildings by handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping, painting, cleaning, appliances, pools, utilities, elevators, fencing, and fire systems. Complete all service requests and work orders within 24 hours, accurately logging tickets and preparing vacant units for move-in through turnover processes including maintenance, painting, and carpet cleaning. Replace worn parts on maintenance equipment, assist in ordering supplies, and clean internal and external building areas. Requires EPA I or II, Universal, or HVAC certification; CPO certification and pool experience are a plus. Full-time role at The Atlantic Mansfield in Mansfield, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or GED equivalency
- minimum of 1-2 years direct experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician for an apartment community
- EPA I or II certification
- Universal or HVAC certification
- CPO Certification

- Thorough understanding of electrical systems
