Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support manufacturing goals. Responsibilities include hydraulics/pneumatics, controls, preventative maintenance, shift startup, EOSR/communication, operating with minimal supervision, downtime analysis, CI/LPA, responding to maintenance calls, repairing defective equipment, following lockout/tagout procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing parts inventory, and documenting process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in a production environment
- Technical certification in electrical, robotic, mechanical, and/or fabrication (preferred)
- Robotics, mechanical, welding, electrical knowledge
- PLC and schematics experience
- Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7
- Forklift/Manlift Certification
Desired Qualifications
