Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include hydraulics/pneumatics, controls, preventative maintenance, downtime analysis, shift startup, ensuring machinery is functional for production, reporting downtime, implementing continuous improvement, and following lockout/tagout and safety procedures. Requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley, Siemens STEP 7), ability to read schematics, forklift/manlift certification preferred, and strong problem-solving with the ability to work independently or in a team. Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in a production environment
- Technical certification preferred in electrical, robotic, mechanical, or fabrication
