Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role in Stamford, CT responsible for responding to assigned maintenance work orders, diagnosing and rectifying maintenance problems, and performing general community upkeep. Must be able to handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotational basis, bring your own basic hand tools, and use maintenance equipment. EPA/HVAC training is available for career growth; company offers a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401K with company match, bonuses, paid holidays and vacation/sick/personal time. Requires background check and drug screening. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with rotating weekends and on-call duties; full-time position with a driver’s license and HVAC Type II Certification preferred.
