Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician II responsible for regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utilizing CMMS to support TPM, collaborating with technicians and EHS, leading installation/relocation/troubleshooting of production equipment and facility systems, performing electrical, pneumatic, PLC, servo motor, and mechanical maintenance, installing new electrical circuits with LOTO/Hot Work/PPE compliance, conducting PMs and repairs with schematics and OEM manuals, coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance, maintaining emergency systems and PPE, and engaging in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, e.g. vocational training
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment
- Background in electrical circuits
- Tool repair experience preferred
- Understanding and experience in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred
- Certified Electrician preferred
