Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Conduct daily inspections and troubleshooting of production machinery including motors, conveyors, and transmission systems. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations while adhering to strict safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures. Fabricate parts for upgrades using hand and power tools, and document all facility work in the CMMS app. Requires high school diploma, two years of industrial manufacturing experience, and proficiency with technical manuals. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:00am-5:30pm.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate Technical Degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing production and material-handling equipment
  • Working knowledge of lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and controls
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Monday-Friday 5:00am-5:30pm
