Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical failures on manufacturing equipment while executing routine preventative maintenance logs for conveyors, mills, and packaging systems. Read blueprints and interpret detailed technical schemas to map out safe machinery repair sequences, utilizing hand and power tools for structural welding and fabrication. Operate yard forklifts and manage minor building infrastructure repairs including plumbing, electrical lines, and paint. Input technical tracking logs and manage work order statuses using basic company computer systems. Requires 5+ years of industrial troubleshooting experience, blueprint fluency, and physical capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday at a premier pellet manufacturing facility in Shelton, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting
- Solid functional knowledge of pneumatic systems and basic hydraulic equipment configurations
- Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints and interpret electrical or structural schematics fluently
- Proven background with welding, tool navigation, forklift operation, and basic computer data entry
- Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor, bend, pull, lift, and push 50 lbs unassisted
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable transportation
