Job Summary
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community, conducting routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems. Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff while supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all. Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. Requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, and HVAC experience preferred. Monday through Friday schedule with rotating shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Independent judgment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications

- Associate's degree from a technical school
