Job Summary
Install, repair, and monitor industrial processing and production machinery, including injection mold machines, CNC equipment, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot faults through observation and testing metrics, then source replacement parts to perform repairs while maintaining parts and tools inventory. Safely operate cranes, power tools, and hoists, and assess used parts using micrometers and calipers. Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime, working with management to update production software. Maintain electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical knowledge through ongoing training. Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience required; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience
- Basic understanding of electrical and CNC equipment
- Capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
