Job Summary
This Maintenance Technician role at Alta Rowe in Durham involves diagnosing defects from resident service requests and performing preventative and make-ready maintenance to prepare vacant units for leasing. Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
