Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose machine equipment, troubleshoot electrical components, and repair Ultra Sonic Welders while altering, upgrading, and building simple machines for manufacturing operations. Machine and build dies and punches per specifications, install and program PLCs, and perform preventative maintenance including greasing, vacuuming, and cleaning to ensure safe production. Visually inspect machinery to locate malfunctions, remove defective parts, and proactively address safety issues like door switches and guarding. Assist the Machine Lead in complex assembly, perform lockout/tagout procedures, and conduct basic facility repairs. Requires two+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of blueprints and schematics, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Two + years of maintenance experience working on industrial machinery and electrical repair in manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with lockout/tag out procedures
- Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle as needed
- Read and understand blueprints, shop orders and electrical schematics
