Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Roundhouse (Vineyard, UT) responsible for upkeep/repair of the property, with duties spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa maintenance. Respond to maintenance requests, conduct regular inspections, maintain curb appeal, and ensure safety/health code compliance. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain maintenance records. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal. Provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools; company supplies power tools. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality maintenance to multifamily housing communities. Preferred: trade school/technical certification, property-management software experience, Spanish language skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time
- Must provide required tools within 30 days of employment (listed tools)
