Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintenance Technician Level 1 maintains and troubleshoots production equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Responsible for basic maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment, completing preventive maintenance on schedule, communicating equipment or quality concerns to leadership, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. Works collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, support production setups and changeovers, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of maintenance or related industrial experience preferred
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Experience with packaging equipment, conveyors, motors, drives, printers, or label applicators is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
