Job Summary
Coordinate and perform maintenance activities across production machinery, warehouse systems, and office areas, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and carpentry tasks. Diagnose and repair control wiring, relay logic, motor drives, and transducers using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools. Conduct systematic preventive maintenance, adjust equipment, and fabricate parts to improve performance and safety. Prioritize machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime while adhering to OSHA regulations and maintaining a clean, organized shop environment. Collaborate with equipment operators and supervisors to address daily issues and complete assigned projects efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clean and safe work areas
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
