Job Summary
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and instrumentation failures while supporting engineering projects, shutdowns, and contractor supervision. Execute maintenance activities in accordance with LOTOTO, Permit to Work, and HSE requirements, maintaining documentation and updating work orders. Participate in Root Cause Analysis to implement corrective actions and minimize equipment downtime during emergency breakdowns. Coordinate with production personnel and recommend improvement opportunities to enhance reliability. Requires SMK or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum two years as an Engineering Technician in manufacturing. Full-time role with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- SMK Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma (D3/D4) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Engineering Technician in manufacturing industry
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Basic welding and fabrication
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Basic pneumatic and utility systems
- LOTOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
- Permit to Work
- Basic Risk Assessment
- Machine Safety
- Change Management (MOC)
- Willing to learn and adapt
