Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed at our Las Vegas, NV facility to perform landscaping and a range of trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, and drywall; repairing equipment and structures using tools; moving furniture and equipment as needed. Requires experience in a facility setting with familiarity with fire prevention and plumbing/electrical systems; must be 18+ with background check, drug screen, and a valid driver’s license. Day shift with compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ yrs. old.
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Valid Drivers License/Clean driving record
- Self starter, problem solving skills with a willingness to collaborate
