Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, handling plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and routine inspections. Address issues proactively and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid further damage. Safely use hand and power tools while assisting with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance. Move furniture and equipment as needed. Valid Driver's License required. Part-time position with pay of $22-$25/hour at Royal Life Center in Spokane, WA.
Required Qualifications
