Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with schematics, blueprints, and specifications. Services include repairing machinery and equipment (motors, conveyors, production machines), diagnosing faulty components (transformers, relays, circuit boards, sensors), replacing wiring and components, and reporting nonconformities affecting product quality. Work environment includes loud noises, dust, heat/cold, chemicals, and varying conditions in the plant; requires safety gear and night shift hours (Mon-Fri 10:30PM-6:40AM) in Seymour, IN. Must have 1–2 years of technical training or experience with 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred; computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to use hand and power tools. The role is full-time with no relocation assistance noted.
