Job Summary
Field Service Technician position performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field across the assigned region; communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions; manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock; complete technical training as assigned and stay current on new equipment; travel to various customer sites within the region; emphasize customer service and hands-on, adaptive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
