Job Summary
Conduct carpentry, painting, event set up and take downs, minor electrical work, and plumbing repairs to ensure all building property is properly maintained. Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. Execute furniture moving, equipment arrangement, and placement while carrying out frequent checks of all areas to report faults using the correct procedure. Ensure the safe, correct, and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials. Perform other maintenance duties as needed.
