Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to support three Applejack Wine & Spirits locations (Wheat Ridge, Thornton, Colorado Springs) with on-site facility maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems. Conduct routine inspections, perform repairs, identify preventive maintenance opportunities, and communicate priorities with store leadership. Regular on-site presence with weekly visits to each location, plus travel between sites; schedule Monday–Friday with after-hours and weekend emergency responses as required. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, maintaining maintenance records, ordering parts, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining the company vehicle and tools. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years facility maintenance experience, 5+ years HVAC experience, EPA certification, clean driving record, ability to read manuals and safety procedures, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of facility maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA certification required
- Clean DMV driving record required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating manuals, and technical procedures
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
