Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for highway maintenance tasks including potholes, fences, seed/sod, herbicide; Road Patrol & Debris, Incident response, Heavy equipment operations, Sign repair, Bridge work and repair, Longitudinal Cable Barrier (LCB) repair and installation, Guardrail repair & installation. Preferred roadway maintenance or construction experience, MOT Certifications, CDL A. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, clean driving record, pass criminal background check, fingerprinting required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate hand/power tools, use smartphone apps, adapt to changing work schedules, and comply with safety requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Highway maintenance or construction experience preferred
- CDL A
- MOT Certifications
- Clean driving record
- Pass criminal background check
- Finger printing required, provided by Company
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
