Job Summary
Maintain, repair, and service all facility equipment, furnishings, and building systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Uphold infection control guidelines and safety policies while assisting with resident transportation, driving to appointments, and operating machinery safely. Perform general maintenance tasks such as lawn care, painting, remodeling, flooring maintenance, and laundry support as needed. May be on-call as assigned. Work Sunday through Thursday shifts supporting the care of residents, employees, and the public at Linden Woods Village.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in basic plumbing
- Experience in HVAC
- Experience in electrical
- Experience in carpentry
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to obtain a class D Chauffeur's license or applicable state required transport license
- Must possess the ability to operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner
