Job Summary

Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and improve productivity. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, diagnosing mechanical issues and repairing pneumatic and mechanical systems, using hand and power tools to complete tasks, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory, and keeping a safe, clean, and organized work area while complying with safety regulations and PPE requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year(s) in a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance repair techniques
  • Proficiency with common hand and power tools
  • Must provide own hand tools
  • Must be able to thoroughly complete paperwork/documents
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and advanced troubleshooting preferred
  • Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance is a plus
