Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for delivering responsive maintenance services for LRC-managed multifamily properties. Performs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, carpentry and related repairs, along with preventive maintenance. Serves as on-call emergency technician as directed; completes work requests within 24 hours; reports resident complaints/requests to Supervisor; contributes to a safe, well-maintained community and supports resident satisfaction. Knowledge of gas/electric appliances, building fixtures, and general maintenance tasks is required; on-site duties at Richmond, VA properties.
