Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance across residential/commercial properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing and electrical issues, servicing HVAC, carpentry repairs, addressing appliance malfunctions, preventative maintenance inspections, responding to resident service requests, coordinating with contractors for larger projects, maintaining work orders and parts inventory, and ensuring safety and building-code compliance. Requires on-call availability for emergencies, physical ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of building-trades experience. Valid driver’s license and basic Microsoft Office proficiency are needed; bilingual preferred. Compensation is $18-$20/hour ($37,440-$41,600/year) plus a quarterly bonus and housing discount; location is Clearwater, FL, overseeing both Lakeshore communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- minimum of two (2) years’ general experience in building trades
- Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- FLSA: Non-Exempt
