Job Summary
Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and heating components; service and repair lighting, circuit breaker panels, locks, doors, and related hardware. Perform interior and exterior painting, document work performance and materials procurement, and complete work orders within designated timeframes. Inspect and survey buildings to ensure health and safety standards; maintain fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and building alarms. Participate in ongoing safety and operational trainings; maintain a clean, safe work environment; demonstrate manual dexterity and strong time-management skills. Previous maintenance experience (1+ year) and a high school diploma are required; HVAC or related certifications are a plus. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm at El Jardin (36 units).
