Job Summary
Complete work orders within designated time frames and ensure turn-over on all apartments moves out within five days. Survey buildings to repair mechanical systems, electrical components, plumbing, heating, locks, and painting surfaces while maintaining fire suppression and alarm documentation. Perform manual repairs as needed and document work performance and material procurement. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while participating in ongoing technical and safety training. This role supports McCully Circle Apartments, a 195-unit property, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on-call availability for emergencies. Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s)
- High school diploma
- In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving aptitude
- Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- on-call for any emergencies
Desired Qualifications
- Any additional relevant certification (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
