Maintenance Technician (50833)

Maintain the physical aspects of the property and support the Maintenance Supervisor. Complete all assigned service requests within 24 hours, preserve excellent customer service relationships, and develop personal technical skills to provide a superior level of service without external vendors. Assist with bringing 50% of vacated units to rent-ready condition in a timely manner, follow the hazard communication program, and uphold safe work practices. Be available for on-call duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Knowledge required includes general property safety; electrical; heating and A/C; carpentry; plumbing; appliance/equipment repair; pool care; and painting.
