Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role responsible for a range of building and property maintenance tasks including painting, caulking, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs; perform make-readies and respond to service requests within 24 hours; maintain and organize shop and inventory; participate in on-call rotations, respond to emergencies, and assist with snow removal and building cleanliness; must support brand standards, communicate effectively withMaintenance Manager and team, and maintain professional demeanor with guests/residents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years of maintenance, construction, or related experience
- HVAC certified is a plus (will sponsor certification if not already certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for long periods
- Reliable transportation for on-call rotation and emergencies
- Available to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with on-call rotation
