Job Summary

Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and drywall while performing preventative maintenance, unit turns, and emergency maintenance. Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas to identify needs, coordinate vendors, and submit maintenance documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents regarding repair timelines and ensure all work meets company standards. Support on-call and after-hours maintenance needs as assigned. Primarily Monday–Friday with extended evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
  • Availability for night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience in electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, or related maintenance trades
  • EPA Certification (Type I and II)
  • HVAC Certification
  • CPO Certification (Pool)
  • Other licenses or certifications as required by state law
  • Experience in multifamily or student housing environments
