Job Summary
Residential Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of property maintenance experience needed to perform routine upkeep and repairs for multifamily property. Responsibilities include light carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing work, and basic HVAC tasks, addressing work orders promptly, maintaining safety, cleanliness of resident amenities (pool, clubhouse), and engaging with residents in a courteous, service-oriented manner. Must have own tools, a valid driver’s license, and be available for occasional on-call hours; strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (property management or hospitality)
