Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems while adhering to good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on packaging and production machines using precision instruments. Execute preventative maintenance and operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers. Backfill to other positions or departments as needed. This third-shift role at Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. supports efficient plant operations with a $2.00 shift differential and offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Industrial, construction, and/or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
