Job Summary
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency. Diagnose and repair manufacturing machinery, including conveyors, motors, and pumps, while conducting precision measuring and adjustments to maintain specified tolerances. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and components, and perform carpentry and drywall repairs for facility infrastructure. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, climb ladders safely for elevated access, and maintain detailed maintenance logs. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Work the 3rd shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor.
- Must be available for 3rd Shift (10 pm - 6 am)
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Experience with precision measuring tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
