Job Summary

Maintain personalization and insertion equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production while adhering to OSHA regulations. Fault find and repair machinery to optimize up-time, providing instruction to operators on machine operation and basic maintenance. Liaise with suppliers for diagnostics, upgrades, and modifications, and manage spare parts inventory to keep databases current. Escalate downtime issues to leadership and enter all maintenance details into tickets. Ensure high housekeeping standards and provide technical support to other Thales Perso facilities using shared technology. Contribute to cost reduction projects and KPI improvements regarding machine availability and downtime. Work the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, including occasional overtime, at the North Kingstown site.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience at least 1 year as mechanical or electric Technician
Proven technical grounding in mechanical and electrical disciplines
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
Time management skills
Schedule: 3rd Shift 11pm to 7am, starting on Sunday night until Friday morning (occasional overtime on Friday night into Saturday)
