Job Summary
Join a new, state-of-the-art baking facility as a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring reliability in production and packaging equipment through maintenance practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food production or high-speed packaging preferred)
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Experience with PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and VFDs
- Knowledge of TPM, RCM, and RCFA methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
