Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines and plant facilities, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and maintaining documentation for preventive maintenance; reads manuals and work orders, diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests and adjusts; ensures GMP compliance and safe operation; role involves 3rd shift (9:45 PM–6:15 AM) with potential weekend/night coverage; requires a 2-year trades degree or equivalent plant maintenance experience plus a high school diploma; proficiency with PLCs, electrical diagrams, welding/fabrication, and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
