Job Summary
Maintain and repair production machines and facility equipment; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; diagnose issues and replace parts; read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks; coordinate with external technicians; ensure equipment efficiency and safety; document maintenance activities and communicate status; operate in a full-time third-shift environment with potential overtime on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing maintenance, with proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Experience with PLCs and HVAC preferred.
