Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Cirrus Asset Management responsible for completing work orders and turnovers, surveying buildings, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Duties include repairing electrical components, plumbing/heating systems, painting interiors/exteriors, maintaining locks and building security, documenting fire extinguishers and alarm systems, and adhering to health and safety standards. Role requires general maintenance knowledge, manual dexterity, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills. Certification familiarity (HVAC, CMRP) is considered an advantage; 1 year maintenance experience and a high school diploma are required. Location is Fort Collins, CO; in-person work schedule, Monday–Friday with potential weekends/evenings for snow removal and on-call rotation.
