Job Summary
Install conduit for newly installed machines and troubleshoot, repair, or replace mechanical equipment, including HVAC/RTAC units, air handlers, and VAV box heaters. Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components while performing welding and fabrication tasks. Set up production equipment such as CNC machines, presses, and dust collection systems, and execute preventive maintenance programs. Manage business operations by maintaining records, preparing reports, and ordering supplies. Handle complex issues independently, escalating only the most difficult matters to higher staff. Requires 5-7 years of experience with strong problem-solving skills in a Lean environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5- 7 years
- Proficient with Windows Operating System
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Requires significant experience within discipline

- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with limited direction
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills in a Lean environment

- Trouble shoot and repair/replace mechanical equipment
- Assist with retrofitting outdated lighting throughout the building
- Assist with maintaining HVAC/RTAC units
- Assist with repairing HVAC/RTAC units and Air Handler units on roof top
- Assist with repair and replace VAV box heaters, motors, and controls
- Set-up of various types of production equipment (including: DMS & Thermwood CNC machine, Oil heaters, Dust collection system, Presses, etc.)
- Perform equipment and building maintenance PM's
