Job Summary
As a senior-level Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring regulatory compliance across apartment properties. This position requires expert-level technical knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills to manage complex repairs across various building systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of full-time experience in implementing solutions for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, general repairs, or masonry in multifamily apartments or similar facilities
- Strong decision-making and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC are a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license and legally required insurance
